Three Capes Track
The recent official launch of threecapestrack.com.au was nothing short of a spectacular success with 300 bookings for the walk within the first 24-hours.
A collaborative effort by Corporate Communications, Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service, Andrei Nikulinsky (developer), Stu Gibson (photography) and Tourism Tasmania, the project was a first for Parks using a microsite to promote one of its new commercial ventures. The result, which includes a video by Tourism Tasmania and Jim Jam Ideas, is simply outstanding. A short, sharp but breathtaking overview of one of Tassie’s great new walks. The site also includes a booking system.
Corporate Communications also developed an associated digital and social media campaign and strategy that helped the website generate 8000 hits in less than 24-hours.
